In a time where loneliness is a social epidemic, Connect exists to make connections across the generations, where every person can find connection and a community to belong to.  

We meet every Tuesday apart from during holidays and half-terms.  There's always a brew ready, cake on offer, and a light lunch free of charge.  We often have a variety of things going on from board games, armchair aerobics, live music and dancing, craft activities  "a pause for thought" and much more.  There's a whole range of ages, from young mums with their children, all the way through to those who are now retired.
